Position: Chief of Staff
Location: Remote
Salary: $USD
Shift: 9am5pm (Need to be within a 3HR time frame of EST timezone)

Join our clients team as the Chief of Staff where you'll work directly with the CTO to streamline organizational processes reduce friction and simplify complexities. You'll be instrumental in communicating the CTO's technical vision and strategic initiatives. This opportunity is perfect for an experienced professional looking to work closely with our clients CTO and executive team. Your responsibilities will include providing highlevel support to the CTO optimizing workflows and ensuring smooth communication and collaboration across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CTO to define and execute the company's technical strategy including product development technology investments and innovation initiatives.
  • Project Management: Oversee key projects ensuring they are aligned with company goals and manage project timelines resources and budgets.
  • Communication Facilitation: Act as a bridge between the CTO and other departments as well as key partners and vendors; ensuring that information flows efficiently decisions are communicated effectively and crossfunctional teams collaborate seamlessly.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends emerging technologies and opportunities that can enhance the company's technical capabilities.
  • Executive Support: Provide highlevel administrative support to the CTO including meeting preparation and prioritizing tasks to maximize their productivity.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals fostering a culture of excellence collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with external partners investors and key stakeholders to support the company's growth and strategic objectives.
  • Policy & Compliance Development: Assist in the development and implementation of companywide policies and procedures related to technology data security and compliance. Proactively work with auditors and industry regulators.

Must haves:

  • 3 years of experience in a technology leadership role such as a software engineer software architect or technical project manager.
  • Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and managing complex projects.
  • Experience working in a start up or fastgrowing technology company
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
  • Experience or passion for financial markets
  • Managing vendors and organizational budgeting
  • Experience sourcing hiring recruiting technical talent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a startup or fastgrowing technology company.
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies
  • Experience or passion for financial markets
  • Managing vendors and organizational budgeting
  • Experience sourcing hiring recruiting technical talent
  • Previous experience in a Chief of Staff role in a technologyfocused organization or experience years of experience in similar strategic role
