We have tested the market with our products and our now ready to onboard a CEO who will professionalize the company and move from the testing phase into a growth phase. As the CEO of Pineapple Bikes you will be at the forefront of the decisionmaking processes and truly have the ability of shaping a company from the ground up. This leadership position requires a highly driven and selfmotivated individual with a relentless ambition to propel the company forward. The ideal candidate will be visionary strategic and ideally possess a track record of successfully building businesses before.

Tasks

**Key Tasks

Business Development:**

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities partnerships and collaborations to expand the companys market presence.
• Drive revenue growth by exploring and entering new markets while optimizing existing revenue streams.
• Work together with the founder to set up a strong team .
• Work together with the founder to raise the necessary funds.
• Financial Management:
• Oversee financial planning budgeting and forecasting to ensure the companys financial health and sustainable growth.
• Implement costeffective measures and revenuegenerating strategies to maximize profitability.
• Market Positioning:
• Develop and execute marketing and branding strategies to establish the company as a leader in the electric motorcycle market.
• Monitor industry trends competitor activities and customer feedback to stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements

Requirements

The person needs to have one of the following experiences:

• Some track record of successfully growing and scaling businesses.
• Proven experience in a senior role

Also experience in marketing and social media would be an advantage but not required.

More importantly the person should be able to demonstrate:

• Hustle mentality
• Strong strategic thinking and business development skills
• Excellent financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
• Deep appreciation of how to engineer and drive growth through diverse channels and the product itself.
• Fluency in German and English.
• The person needs to be based in Zrich.
