Need someone with commercial estimating projects ranging up to $30M.
Should have experience with ProCore Primavera P6 On Screen Takeoff (OST).
Should have experience with ProCore Primavera P6 On Screen Takeoff (OST).
The Chief Estimator remains involved for the duration of the project to address any issues planning and scheduling that may have modified or faltered from the original plan. Must have strong interpersonal skills and maintain good relationships with clients and the architectural community to help build and maintain relationships to extend the network of customers & partners.
- Ideal candidates will have a minimal of 6 years commercial estimating with a successful project portfolio to include projects ranging up to $30 million in scope.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering Construction Management or related discipline preferred
- Experience with programs and software to include ProCore Primavera P6 On Screen Takeoff (OST) preferred. Experience with Microsoft office inclusive of Microsoft Excel proficiency required.
- Demonstrated leadership communication conflict resolution organizational skills required
- Understanding of cost estimating practices development and implementation
- Ability to thrive under pressure and drive tangible results
- Strong critical and innovative problemsolving skills required
