About the job

As Chief Business Officer you are part of the founding team and in the role you are fully responsible for the strategy and growth of the company build a scaleable business and team ensure continued business growth cultivate partnerships. The CBO will be a major contributor in the strategic development and shaping the success of EldersWealth. He/she will work closely with the Founder & CEO leadership team to drive all business aspects of further evolution of the company. Specifically you will be responsible for all operational aspects of the company including corporate and business development activities strategic planning budget development and control.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive inclusive strategic plan and growth strategy by collaborating with the Management/ board of directors which determines the enterprises overall vision evaluates the overall business portfolio.
  • Financial Planning need a solid grasp of financial planning and forecasting and should be able to set milestones and budgets to ensure solvency and longterm growth
  • Manage the entire Business units.
  • Responsible for developing short and longterm strategies and goals.
  • Key member of the senior management team.
  • Key responsibility includes Business Growth Revenue Generation Bottomline and Top line growth P&L driving and increase Market share.
  • Leadership for the development of strategic marketing plans including objectives and strategy for targeted markets.
  • Represent the company in important functions industry events and public meetings
  • Experience in longterm sales/project pipeline development.
  • Receivables management including pre and post invoice captures.
  • Be informed of the industry landscape competitions/competitors and client requirements at various levels.
  • Design an executive business roadmap of potential business opportunities including internal and external development programs and financing opportunities.
  • Participate in building the most advanced financial platform.
  • Lead a sales team committed and passionate about onboarding client partners with innovative payment solutions.
  • Manage relationships with Business Associates partners/vendors.
  • Establish and reviewing key strategic priorities and translating them into a comprehensive strategic plan and monitor the execution of the strategic plan.
  • Owning sales targets overall and within accounts. Developing and implementing strategic plan to achieve the same.
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth to take the lead in expansion activities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and be a partner to customers to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Management.
  • Driving decisionmaking that creates medium and longterm improvement.



The Successful Applicant:

Prior work experience and an existing network in financial institutions insurance companies or institutional investment companies is a strong plus10 to 15 years of experience in a Fintech / Banking / Wealth Management or Financial Services organization selling. 20 years of Experience in the same industry will be appreciated
High level of interpersonal communication skills and experience dealing with larger more complex credit relationships
An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
