One Act built the AI-powered trusted marketplace PieceX for buying and selling vetted and approved source code.

We are looking for Chief Financial Officer having prior experience in assisting company to meet IPO requirements, to monitor all financial data and prepare accurate statements for our company in France.

Job Description:

The key responsibilities for Chief Financial Officer position includes:

Assist a company navigate the process of listing on a public exchange for the first time.
Assistance in fund raising in order to complete a strategic acquisition.
Preparation of an exit opportunity for the private equity or other investors.
Generate enthusiasm and understand what our business does and have the capabilities of presenting potential investors with the right value proposition for moving forward.
Deploy a thorough readiness assessment, identifying any gaps and helping to close them quickly and efficiently ahead of the IPO.
Establish Investor relation infrastructure.
Create and execute IPO strategy, helps to achieve financial readiness, reporting readiness, corporate and governance readiness.
Manage tax payments and gather internal audits
Assist with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts
Create documents and presentation materials for investors

The successful applicant:

Proven track record in helping company to achieve IPO stage
Proven work experience as a IPO Consultant or Financial Accountant or similar role
Knowledge of accounting and financial regulations of Unites States
Excellent document creation skills such as materials for investors
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
Commercial and business awareness
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Time-management abilities
Degrees in the any of the following subjects
Economics
Business Studies
Finance
Management
Additional certification (e.g. CPA) is a plus
