Overview

The Chat Process & Mail Process WFH position plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service through chat and email communication. The remote nature of the role requires selfmotivated and efficient individuals who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via chat to resolve inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
  • Respond to customer emails in a timely manner with accurate information and solutions
  • Utilize predefined responses and templates for consistent communication
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problemsolving
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures for chat and email interactions
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards for chat and email support
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and new features to provide relevant information to customers
  • Assist in other customer service tasks as needed
  • Adapt to new tools and technologies to improve efficiency
  • Participate in training and development programs as required
  • Adhere to work schedule and WFH guidelines

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Strong problemsolving abilities
  • Proficiency in computer applications and webbased tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptability to changing business needs and technology
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information
  • Empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong work ethic and selfmotivation in a remote work environment
  • Willingness to learn and apply new skills
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate business needs
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
