Charity Event Manager - Entry Level

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of charity events ensuring all logistical details are meticulously organized.
  
• Manage event timelines and schedules to ensure all activities run seamlessly.
  
• Collaborate with the fundraising team to develop strategies for maximizing donations during events.
  
• Identify and secure sponsorships.
  
• Implement creative and engaging fundraising activities during events.
  
• Assist in the creation of promotional materials for events.
  
• Represent the organization professionally at public events and functions.
  
• Collect and analyze feedback from participants sponsors and volunteers.
  
• Prepare postevent reports to assess the success of the event and suggest improvements for future initiatives.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Event Management Marketing Communications or a related field preferred.
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  
• Passion for community service and philanthropy.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software.
  
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
