You want to use your SaaS and fundraising experience for good You want to play a key role in shaping business plans funding rounds and internal processes to drive the growth of RaiseNow an innovative Tech4Good company
Join us as our CFO and drive the direction and success of RaiseNow in using your knowledge and understanding of the financial position and business model of RaiseNow. You are responsible for all finance activities of all group companies: one in Switzerland (AG) two in Germany (GmbH) one in Belgium and two shareholdings in AT and UK.

Your mission

• You are an effective business partner to the CEO and COO give advice and counsel as well as provide a voice of reason. We want you to challenge and support strategic decisions by considering costs revenue and liquidity risks
• You support strategy development and help enable its execution plus prioritizing and ensuring the strategy can be funded. You set up a business plan & budget supporting the growth of the company by allocating funds most effectively
• Datadriven decisions are your focus. Therefore it is important to you to further expand and improve the data basis together with the Data&Insights team
• Together with the team you set up a cash flow model and ensure the companys liquidity at any time
• You own future fundraising and M&A processes endtoend
• Be responsible for reporting to our investors and budget alignment as well as reporting vs. set budgets on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
• You work handson together with your team of three employees assessing improving and automating the Finance departments operations and crossfunctional processes
• Establish and engage relationships with consultants insurances banks and other third parties such as investors and auditors
• Together with the team you lead the process of financial audits the companys financial statements and manage all stakeholders incl third parties involved in the process (e.g. tax advisors)
• Leading and supporting your team of 3 members

Your profile

• Further Education / Bachelor / Master degree in Accounting Finance or relevant field
• Proven track record of experience in Finance Analytics Management
• Affinity for tech and experience with technical digital environments
• Familiar with Swiss and German Accounting / Finance Standards
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics
• StartUp / Financing experience
• Strong leadership organizational and communication skills
• Fluent in English and German (at least C1)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Belgian Accounting / Finance Standards
