Certification Support Specialists

Responsibilities

• Certification and Expertise: Certification as an Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in relevant Adobe Experience Cloud products such as Adobe Analytics Adobe Campaign Adobe Target etc. Extensive handson experience using Adobe Experience Cloud tools is essential.
• HandsOn Experience: Deep knowledge and understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud products features capabilities and best practices. This includes proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Adobe Analytics Adobe Target Adobe Campaign and other related products.
• Instructional Design Skills: Ability to design and develop effective training materials including course outlines presentations exercises and assessments. Experience with instructional design methodologies and tools is beneficial.

Qualifications

• 13 years experience working in omnichannel call center ideally for tech company
• Technical Writing Skills: Strong writing skills to create clear concise and accurate certification exam questions study guides user manuals and other written materials. Attention to detail and adherence to style guidelines are crucial.

Communication Skills (English): Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences including beginners and advanced users
