CDPAP Home Care Coordinator Hindi Urdu and Bengali Speaking

Job Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for CDPAP (Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program) participants and their families.

Develop comprehensive care plans based on individual needs.

Recruit train and supervise personal assistants (PAs) who will provide direct care to clients.

Coordinate and schedule care services ensuring that clients receive the appropriate level of assistance.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to PAs and clients addressing any questions or concerns.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals insurance providers and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of highquality care.

Requirements

Fluent in Hindi and Urdu languages with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

Previous experience in a similar role preferably in the home care industry or healthcare setting.

Knowledge of CDPAP regulations and guidelines is highly desirable.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Compassionate and empathetic approach with a genuine desire to help others.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish effective relationships with clients PAs and other stakeholders.

Proficiency in using computer software and applications for documentation and scheduling purposes.

Benefits

Salary range: $55000 to $60000
