- Contribute to the development of standards and the selection of partner women's and youth institutions to build their capacities.
- Determining the programmatic and financial needs of the partner institutions and presenting a proposed plan that reflects the priorities.
- Coordinating and facilitating the task of the staff in creating and developing legal and social services programs in partner institutions
- Coordinating and facilitating the mission of the staff and consultants in implementing a package of interventions to build the capacities of partner women and youth institutions in the areas of strategic planning, fundraising, interventions related to community change, and financial and administrative fields.
- Coordinating and providing support and assistance to partner institutions to ensure the implementation of project activities within the approved plan and under the supervision of the Unit Director
