We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Campaign Specialist you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital marketing efforts particularly focusing on Facebook Ads Paid Marketing Performance Marketing and Lead Generation campaigns through IVR SMS and WhatsApp.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop execute and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns to drive brand awareness engagement and conversions.
  • Plan implement and manage paid marketing campaigns across various platforms to meet specific marketing objectives and KPIs.
  • Utilize performance marketing strategies to maximize ROI including but not limited to CPC CPA and CPM optimization.
  • Create and manage lead generation marketing campaigns through IVR SMS and WhatsApp to capture and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and metrics to identify trends insights and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including design content and product teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines.Stay updated on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness continually and efficiency.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance highlighting key metrics and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Business or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing with a focus on Facebook Ads Paid Marketing Performance Marketing and Lead Generation campaigns.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing Facebook Ads campaigns to achieve desired results.
  • Strong understanding of paid marketing principles and strategies with proficiency in CPC CPA and CPM optimization techniques.
  • Experience in designing and executing lead generation campaigns through IVR SMS and WhatsApp with a demonstrated ability to drive lead acquisition and conversion.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decisionmaking and optimize campaign performance.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a crossfunctional team environment.
  • Selfmotivated and detailoriented with a passion for staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics Facebook Ads Manager and CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools to optimize campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and tools for lead nurturing and workflow automation.
  • Certifications in Facebook Blueprint Google Ads or related digital marketing platforms.
NOTE : This role is completely work from office & 6days (MonSat) in Sector66 Gurugram Haryana.
