Cambodia Sous Chef

Location: Phnom Penh.

Package: $400 base Service Charge Tips Restaurant meals.

Start: Immediate.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sous Chef to become an integral part of our clients kitchens leadership team. This role offers a salary of $400 per month along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes a service charge staff meals uniform and tips.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence.
• Manage inventory including ordering and maintaining supplies.
• Supervise kitchen staff providing guidance and feedback to ensure highquality food preparation and presentation.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain standards and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in menu development incorporating innovative and seasonal dishes.
• Assisting with the preparation of dishes as necessary.

Requirements:

• A minimum of two years experience in a Sous Chef or similar role.
• Speak English
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.
• Proficiency in inventory management and cost control.
• A creative approach to menu development and a passion for culinary excellence.
