Tasks

• Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries

• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating customer accounts

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role

• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities

• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

• Attention to detail and ability to follow company procedures
