Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries
Providing information about company services and pricing to potential customers
Resolving customer complaints and requests in a professional and timely manner
Processing orders and tracking shipments using companys software systems
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating customer accounts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Attention to detail and ability to follow company procedures
