Tasks

• Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding flight bookings changes and cancellations
• Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
• Assisting customers with online checkin processes and flight information
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English and German
• Previous experience in customer service or call center role preferred
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle high call volumes
• Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think on your feet
• Attention to detail and ability to accurately document customer interactions
