Unlike traditional testing methods (including labbased and offshoring) we respond with the speed scale and flexibility that digitalfocused brands require and expect. Applause provides insightful actionable testing results that can directly inform go/no go release decisions helping development teams build better and faster and release with confidence.

In order to extend our customer base in the DACH region we are looking for a

German speaking Business Development Representative (m/f/x).

Tasks

Key duties of the role:

  • You build up your enterprise customer base in DACH region connecting with executives and decision makers in prospect or active accounts
  • You look for new leads with our lead generation toolkit approach them via cold calling smart emailing social media and fairs where you get to build your network and connect with your prospects in person
  • You pitch our testing solution to decision makers within our prospect and active accounts to schedule online product deep dives for an assigned Account Executive
  • You attend and represent our company at roundtables national and international exhibitions and target and initiate conversations with attendees

Requirements

What youll need to succeed:

  • You are German speaker on a native level and fluent in English both written and spoken
  • You are highly communicative and you love to talk to prospects on the phone via EMail or facetoface
  • You are highly proactive driven motivated and a quick learner
  • You are resourceful and seek continuous improvement
  • Youre strategic and structured able to multitask in order to meet timelines
  • Ideally you do have first experience in B2B or B2C sales or business development
  • You are willing to support our local team in our office in Berlin
  • Bachelors degree or higher preferred.

Extra bonus: You are experienced in solution or subscription selling
