Tasks
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information about company products and services to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information
- Assist customers in placing orders tracking shipments and processing returns
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to resolve customer complaints effectively
- Proficient in using call center software and handling customer inquiries via phone and email
