We are excited to announce a job opening for the position of Call Center Representative at Optimo Conseil a leading company in the Telecommunications industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls from customers answering inquiries and questions handling complaints troubleshooting problems and providing information. Tasks

  • Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries
  • Providing product and service information to customers

  • Maintaining customer records and updating relevant information

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environment
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
