Tasks

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer orders or resolve issues
• Provide information about products and services
• Assist customers in placing orders or making reservations
• Handle customer complaints and escalate to appropriate department if needed

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Strong problemsolving skills
• Customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
