Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in embedded systems development proficient in C coding with expertise in debugging memory overlays (casting) structural padding pointer arithmetic function pointers bitwise operations bitfields preprocessor macros and type qualifiers. Additionally the candidate should possess efficient bugfree coding skills and experience in performance tuning.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or related field
- 10 years of experience in embedded software development
- Strong proficiency in C programming language
- Basic Linux knowledge
- Experience with SQL PL/SQL Assembly and/or Mainframe is a plus
- Ability to work with complex legacy code bases
- Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills
- Familiarity with development tools such as GDB cmake/make and Visual Studio Code
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SQL PL/SQL Assembly and/or Mainframe
- Familiarity with efficient bugfree coding techniques and performance tuning
