Job Title: C C and/or Python

Duration: 6 months but can be extended

Work Location: Arden Hills MN 55126 (Onsite no remote work allowed)

Must Have:

• C C and Python experience.
• This position will assist and be responsible for the design development documentation quality performance and maintenance.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Arden Hills MN or be willing to relocate to the area.
• BS or MS Degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Software Engineering or related field.
• 8 years of experience with Information technology
• Experience in developing and/or testing embedded software for medical devices or in a related area.
• Proficient knowledge of C C or Python.
• Able to code proficiently using programming language.
• Should be able to act as independent reviewer of coding done by other team members.
• Proficient with formal software test methodologies.
• Proficient in Writing implementing and executing tests on firmware devices.
• Knowledgeable in Atlassian software or similar tools (i.e. Jira Confluence BitBucket)
• Proficient in implementing verification tests and execute Integration testing on the devices.
• Able to work independently and deliver high quality work product without close supervision.
• Able to assert own ideas effectively convey relevant information and lead discussions.
• Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities include:

• Independently designs develops modifies and tests software in compliance with corporate software processes.
• Translates highlevel requirements into software design and implementation.
• Participates in all agile software development ceremonies as part of a Scrum team.
• Authors and updates software design specifications interface descriptions and other software documentation; may act as documentation owner for specific projects.
• Identifies opportunities in software process improvements discusses with peers and implements proposals to address gaps.
• Performs code reviews and provides critical feedback.
• supporting all aspects of the software development process (requirements integration verification/validation).
