We at Teamworx are really excited to be recruiting for a Buying Administrator for our client based in Portlaoise.

Role Overview: As a Buying Admin you will play a pivotal role in the operations. Youll work closely with the buying team to ensure the smooth procurement of merchandise maintaining optimal inventory levels while maximizing profitability. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting buyers in selecting merchandise assortments.
  
• Liaising with suppliers to negotiate terms and pricing
  
• Managing purchase orders and tracking shipments
  
• Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  
• Supporting administrative tasks to streamline buying processes.
  

The ideal candidate

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel.
  
• Prior experience in retail or purchasing preferred but not required.
  
• A passion for the retail industry and a drive to excel in a fastpaced environment.
