Position Name:Business Strategy Analyst
Responsibilities:
- perform in depth domestic and global market researches and analysis in order to understands trends and gather key insights
- devise data driven medium to long term strategic approaches to support the management decision making process in pursuing new markets, industries and business opportunities
- deeply understand the market landscape and develop innovative business plans and profit driven business models
- design and measure the key business success metrics for product evaluation.
Qualifications:
- University degree in management/business/economics
- Proficiency and experience with MS Excel and Power Point
- Good research skills and keen interest and curiosity in mobile and Internet of Things technologies
- Business level English, conversational Japanese
Preferred Qualification:
- Previous experience as analyst in a consultancy environment
- Familiarity with corporate financial tools: ROI, NPV, etc.
- Familiarity with business strategy and marketing frameworks: SWOT, 5 forces, 4c, 4p, etc.
- Familiarity with business planning and modelling frameworks: use journey, business model canvas, value proposition canvas, etc.
- Academic research experience - business level Japanese
