Key Responsibilities:

A. We are looking for 6 years of business analysis experience with Financial Services and Banking experience and Excellent communication and articulation skills within collaborative agile squads

B. This includes assessing and analyzing problems opportunities and related value and risks to help define and recommend solutions that enable us to deliver what matters to our customers and stakeholders.

C. These services fall into three categories aligned to our operating cadence called Blaze Heartbeat. The three categories are: Ideate and Experiment; Create and Test; Run and Optimize

D. Codeveloping and analyzing idea canvases and business cases with Product and Business Owners

Technical Experience:

A. Customer and business problem identification and framing

B. Workshop facilitation and interview techniques with a focus on requirement elicitation

C. Data discovery mapping and ETL approaches extraction in some assignments

a. Contributing to work scoping and estimating Other contributions include Analysis of learnings and improvement potential in squads with a focus on value and benefits.

b. Skills exposure and transfer to other roles inside and outside the chapter

c. Peer review and support

D. Information synthesis presentation and communication both written and verbal

E. Critical thinking ability to rapidly assess and Anal ideas and information to provide solution design inputs
