Job Title: Business Process Improvement Specialist

Opportunity Type: 100% Remote Eastern or Central Hours

Visa: USC/GC

Job Description:

Our higher education client is seeking a highly skilled Business Process Improvement Specialist to drive transformative change within their organization. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in process improvement methodologies particularly as a Black Belt or Master Black Belt. This is a remote position with a requirement to work Eastern or Central hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead process improvement initiatives for HR Finance and Workflow systems employing a structured methodology.
  • Serve as the Process Lead in Business and Application Transformational Projects.
  • Identify rootcause problems collect pain points and facilitate process improvement efforts.
  • Implement key projects to enhance quality reduce costs increase productivity and improve cycle time.
  • Ensure stakeholder buyin and collaborate closely with Technology Solution Leads.
  • Assess track and report the financial benefits of Performance Excellence projects.
  • Provide regular updates to management on project status feedback and objectives.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and prepare risk mitigation strategies.
  • Consult and coach project teams and senior leaders.
  • Support organizational design and user readiness.
  • Manage stakeholders and track change progress.
  • Define and measure success metrics.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with process improvement methodologies or frameworks.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering process improvements.
  • Ability to develop customized process improvement frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
