Paradigm is looking for a Business Operations Analyst to support our clients Supply Chain and Direct Procurement services team. In this role you will provide analysis support to the clients Memory and Storage procurement team conducting indepth data and industry analysis. The role collaborates with senior managers to understand business priorities and influence the industry and marketplace within moderately complex categories.

Type: 6Month Contract

Location: Spring TX

Responsibilities of the Business Operations Analyst:
  • Conduct complex data and industry analysis including costs analysis competitive analysis etc. and report results
  • Load systems with pricing (SAP)
  • Develop adhoc reports and analysis as requested
  • Support standardization activities across the team
  • Execute on supply chain processes such as inventory analysis order fulfillment import/export operations and shipping for a regional or global business unit.
  • Produce reports using IT systems and analyze data to develop trends for supply and demand activities; articulate findings to management.
  • Perform analysis of backlog management.
  • Gather demand data from country/region and account managers to contribute to demand planning.
  • Collaborate with regional and global business unit planning teams to maintain and enhance current business processes.
  • Review performance metrics on a regular basis identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Research and analyze priority projects within established guidelines.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business or related field; typically 24 years of experience in a supply chain function
  • Demonstrated understanding of supply chain processes (plan source make deliver).
  • Strong analytical and data modeling skills.
  • Developed SAP and Microsoft Office skills (Excel PowerPoint etc.) and other analytical aids to help manage the operation.
  • Strong understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and ATP.
  • Developed understanding of import/export regulatory requirements and compliance.
  • Moderate level of knowledge of inventory analysis.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills business acumen and technical knowledge
