Job Description

This is a remote position.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

Financial

  • Review companywide departments and create financial reporting and presentations.
  • Partner with VP of Operations and CEO for data gathering about Sales Leads Current Client revenues missed opportunities from current clients that we can reengage new projects company and employee expense company and employee liabilities (i.e. employee retention) training costs etc.
  • Create monthly quarterly and yearly financial reports and presentations.
  • Partnering up with Leadership and Accounting team
  • Temporary until we hire more staff: hand all AP and AR function with invoicing and collecting payments and reconciling our bank account.
  • Support CEO and VP of Operations on any and all additional tasks assigned.


Operations

  • Partner with VP of Operations on current client projects and potential additional services
  • Current client missed opportunities.
  • Review staffing needs and organic recruiting opportunities
  • Research and partner with Software Developers and Business Intelligence Analysts for better or improved internal/external technologies/tools.
  • Support CEO and VP of Operations on any and all additional tasks assigned.


Requirements

  • 5 years business analysis financial reporting or related to business operations
  • Excellent analytical communication (verbal and written) organizational time management problemsolving and decisionmaking skills as well as presentation skills
  • Experience in research design visualization techniques and analysis approaches in which you manage and analyze both structured and unstructured data
  • Experience with tools and languages such as advanced Excel
  • Solid project management skills and the ability to multitask and manage multiple small to large projects in a crossfunctional environment.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all levels of management.
  • Ability to set priorities meet deadlines and work independently
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Motivated selfdirected resultsoriented and customerfocused
  • Detail oriented and possess a desire for quality
  • Experience in managing distributed team members as well as work in a team environment

Travel:
  • 1525% domestic and international (1x a year)
