In pursuit of our ambitious growth strategy, we are actively seeking an accomplished Business Head to lead the charge in our logistic business operations. This role is centered around establishing and cultivating a rapidly growing function within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

.

Devise and implement strategic plans that seamlessly align with the overarching business objectives.

.

Collaborate closely with the Zonal Head to ensure strategic alignment translates into financial success.

Sales Leadership:

.

Provide visionary leadership to sales teams, steering both B2C and B2B initiatives towards exceeding revenue targets.

.

Collaborate synergistically with the Zonal Head to maximize the effectiveness of sales strategies.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

.

Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor assessments to inform strategic decision-making.

.

Partner with the Zonal Head to leverage insights for a competitive edge in the market.

Business Development:

.

Spearhead new business development initiatives, leveraging your expertise to identify and pursue lucrative opportunities.

.

Support the Zonal Head in successful market launches, contributing to the expansion of our service offerings.

Strategic Alliances & Partnerships:

.

Collaborate with the Zonal Head to identify and establish strategic alliances and partnerships.

.

Oversee the effective implementation of partnership initiatives to enhance our service capabilities.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

.

Take charge of client acquisition efforts, addressing client concerns promptly and contributing to the continuous improvement of client relationships.

.

Work closely with the Zonal Head to build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Ownership of Company Vision & Targets:

.

Assume responsibility for the realization of the company's vision and targets.

.

Drive Acquisitions, End-to-End Sales Pitch, identification of new potential markets, targeting potential customers, and the development of Go-To Market strategies.

Process Improvement and Automation:

.

Lead holistic business operations process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

.

Implement automation solutions to streamline workflows and enhance overall operational productivity.

KPI Implementation:

.

Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and drive performance excellence.

.

Regularly analyze KPI data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Continuous Innovation:

.

Foster a culture of continuous innovation to stay ahead in the market.

.

Drive initiatives for product and service enhancements, keeping pace with industry trends.

Qualifications:

Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in logistics, with a focus on leadership roles.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Proven success in P&L management, sales, and new business development.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
