Job Description:

As a Mandarin/ Cantonese Speaking Business Development Specialist you will play a crucial role in expanding PCLs presence in the Chinese market. Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential clients and facilitate communication between our teams and prospective clients in China. This will involve summarizing complex HR documents into simplified Mandarin to ensure clear understanding and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients in China to promote PCLs payroll solutions.

Communicate effectively in Mandarin/ Cantonese to understand client needs and address inquiries.

Summarize complex HR documents into simplified Mandarin/ Cantonese to facilitate collaboration.

Meet project deadlines and deliver highquality work within the specified timeframe.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Fluent in Mandarin/ Cantonese with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Candidate should be located in Canada or China.

12 years of experience as a business analyst in the IT field.

Strong understanding of Chinese business culture and market dynamics.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred.
