Job Summary:

As a Business Development Specialist at BYD New Business Development Section you will play a crucial role in addressing the charging concerns and energy challenges of our B2B clients and dealers. By adopting our knowhow in charging infrastructure photovoltaic and energy storage systems your efforts will be pivotal in the sales and customer experience of BYD electric vehicles.

Were in search of a passionate Business Development Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Target Customer Identification / Approach:
    • Identify potential end customers and dealers with a demand for green energy solutions in specific countries both within and beyond BYDs existing partnerships.
    • Develop strategies to approach and engage these targets effectively promoting BYDs green energy solutions.
  • Partnership Building:
    • Establish key partnerships with end customers distributors installers public utilities and other potential partners to expand BYDs market presence.
    • Leverage these partnerships to uncover new business opportunities and enhance BYDs influence in the emobility sectors.
  • Solution Delivery:
    • Understand the actual demands of clients and collaborate with existing partners to deliver the best possible green energy solutions ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional customeroriented service.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct indepth market research and analysis focusing on the European public fast charging and renewable energy market.
    • Stay informed on market trends future directions and the competitive landscape to support strategic decisionmaking and identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Environmental Science Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development sales account management or a similar role particularly within the emobility or renewable energy sector is a plus.
  • Strong passion for the emobility ecosystem including charging infrastructure photovoltaic and energy storage systems.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and partnershipbuilding skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
  • Fluent in English with proficiency in additional languages considered a plus.
  • Willing to frequently travel internationally as required with an EU driving license.
