About the Job:
We are looking for a Business Development for a remote position to generate and manage quality leads with a great sense of enthusiasm and commitment. The incumbent will be responsible for communicating with existing and potential clients understanding their needs and ensuring a smooth sales process. Closing sales and meeting targets within time will be the ultimate goal. To succeed in this role being persuasive and committed to achieving sales goals will be integral. Furthermore one must be able to demonstrate strong negotiation communication and customer service skills at all times.
Responsibilities:
Identifying target audience and prospective clients to grow our email list
Communicating with clients making outbound calls to potential clients and following up on leads
Understanding client s needs and identifying sales opportunities
Designing and implementing email marketing and leadgeneration strategies
Drafting email templates and business proposals
Upgrading email templates using personalization and other features
Creating email databases for lead generation
Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through coldcalling and emailing
Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure their retention and growth
Participating in networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients
Proofreading emails and sales content for spelling grammar clarity and punctuation
Analysing lead generation email marketing efforts and suggesting improvements
Answering potential clients questions and sending additional information via email
Reviewing client s feedback and incorporating it to make necessary changes
Requirements/Skills:
Experience of creating and delivering newsletters
Excellent written and verbal skills
Understanding of CRM is a huge plus
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration Management or any other relevant field
