We are looking for a Business Development Manager in the Spalding area with experience of working within the fuel industry.

This role requires a proven Business Development Manager who ideally will have knowledge around the local area.

We are looking to expand our trading area and looking to continue to drive the business forward.

The role of BDM at Spalding terminal will give you full ownership of sales and customer service.

DESIRED KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

  • You will be an extremely hardworking and driven individual who is confident and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills at all levels and the ability to work with autonomy
  • Able to demonstrate your ability to succeed in business development by consistently improving on business objectives by proactively winning new accounts and seeking new business from a variety of sectors
  • Have an adaptable approach and can sell via different channels of approach from phone calls to face to face meetings
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence communicate and work with appropriate networks
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills along with computer skills (Word Excel Outlook etc)
  • A flexible approach to work is imperative as is being a Team Player
