Our innovative CLaaS delivers Competency Learning as a Service to support work integrated learning digital solutions implementation and justintime talents development.


Job Mission as a Business Development Manager


You will provide guidance to individuals to find their ideal digital careers or upgrade their current skills for the new digital economy. You will provide consultative needsbased selling and career consultation to guide these individuals to pursue the best suited digital career and acquire the digital skills needed.


Team Structure


You will collaborate with the Marketing Team to launch leads generation and awareness campaigns and connect with the Delivery and Talent Management team to ensure that the acquisition of skills and futureready career is fulfilled.


Your main responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns to outreach to the desired target audience
  • Provide career consultation and consultative needsbased selling to guide individuals to embark on the best fitted digital career or obtain the digital skills needed
  • Upkeep the sales activities and conversion ratio to achieve the sales target set

Requirements

  • What you will need

    • At least 12 years of experience in sales is an advantage
    • Fresh graduates with a passion to learn and grow within the role and team are welcome to apply
    • A positive mindset towards your own growth and career development for people you will engage
    • Diploma graduate/bachelor s degree graduate
    • Passionate in upskilling advocacy
    • Good English communication
