Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Freight Forwarding and Logistics Firm. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales growth developing strategic business relationships and expanding our market presence in the freight forwarding and logistics industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Devise and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities markets and clients within the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction to foster longterm partnerships.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales team providing guidance motivation and support to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and adaptation.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales metrics and performance indicators analyze data and generate reports to evaluate sales effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams such as operations customer service and finance to ensure seamless service delivery and support to clients.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain accurate sales documentation and records.

Candidate:
  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 1 year of successful sales experience in the freight forwarding logistics or related industry with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve goals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Indepth understanding of freight forwarding and logistics operations industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients negotiate contracts and present proposals.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends to drive informed decisions.
  • Customer Focus: A customercentric approach with a commitment to delivering highquality service and building strong client relationships.
