Your mission: The Business Development Manager will play a key role in the development of the Hightekers brand in the US Market working primarily on the B2B landscape and managing key relationship with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Selling and advising our innovative services to IT Companies/IT Recruitment agencies and Freelancers
Support in setting sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition
Developing a portfolio of prospects through different sources (Sales Navigator Networking etc) and followup
Managing the whole sales cycle from initial prospect to finalising and closing the deal
Analysing and understanding the need in order to propose appropriate solutions
Negotiating contracts with clients
Building and managing portfolios of clients across the appointed regions
Liaise and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of service provided
Participate in online and offline events
Ensuring the quality of the clients and consultants experience and the outreach of Hightekers in the B2B market
Profile:
Fluency in English written and spoken is essential
Fluency in an additional European language (Spanish Italian Portuguese Polish Dutch) will be an advantage
Previous experience working in a similar industry (or umbrella EOR recruitment agency) is a must for the role
Ideally 5 previous experience in Sales Business Development in a B2B environment
Proficient user of CRM system and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Wellspoken with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
A strong cando attitude and sales driven with the ability to manage time and different projects
Strong negotiation skills and team working spirit
