Role and Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Manager at hikeedu your main responsibility will be to generate a pool of prospects by identifying the need for upskilling based on the students area of interest. You will be responsible for providing detailed information about the programs offered through phone calls and creating a strong pipeline of prospective students. It will be essential to meet daily deliverables and achieve weekly/monthly enrollment targets. Additionally you will play a crucial role in helping students understand the importance of navigating a successful career.
Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
Proven experience in a similar role preferably in the education sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
