Business Development Manager

Summary

A Business Development Manager will create new sales opportunities and help drive growth within the team.

The responsibilities of the role include:

Knowledge Skills Experience:

• Identify opportunities produce leads and book appointments with the emphasis on high quality leads
• Drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients
• Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors
• Proactively follow up leads generated from our business contact data generation activity
• Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies who are not already on the database
• Arrange and attend business meetings with prospective customers
• Computer literate/keyboard skills
• Excellent telephone skills
• Ability to persuade influence and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the organisation
• Ability to build strong working relationships (internal/external)
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written

Education and Experience

• Minimum Bachelors degree
• Minimum 2years proven experience in B2B sales within the Translation and Localisation industry.

Work package

• Salary: Up to
• OTE of over 60k plus excellent bonus structure and benefits including PMI.
