- Field sales Meeting the existing & new customers (Enterprise & SMB) daily and identifying their requirements
- Progressing on the identified requirements technically & commercially
- Maintaining good relationship with customers to understand their concerns and have them addressed.
- Send renewal notifications to customer periodically and follow up
- Should be responsible and accountable for revenues margins & collections
- Should comply to the MIS reporting
- Should be able to gather market intelligence of the opportunities
- To ensure 100% ontime collections
- Should be ready to learn develop and grow skills required for the job
- To ensure that the targets assigned are achieved
