We are recruiting individuals to actively contribute as Business Development (Business Development Specialist) in our Embedded Fintech Business Division. You will be assigned to one of our three main business sectors.
Specifically
Consulting services for client challenges: Planning and proposing scenario plans from new negotiations to closing Longterm business growth support after receiving orders (upselling crossselling etc.) Leading projects proactively involving stakeholders
Attractions and Gained Experience
Contribution to regional revitalization: By utilizing our companys infrastructure local governments and businesses can build electronic services for regional promotion tickets and local currency services. Providing financial services tailored to the characteristics and needs of the region can contribute to the revitalization of the local economy.
Leading sales and implementation projects in a rapidly growing Fintech startup
Building personal and business networks with XaaS companies from startups to major corporations
A wide range of selectable career paths: Currently due to the small team size there is no clear role assignment. Depending on the organizations scale you can choose a career path that matches your career thinking such as customer success field sales marketing business planning etc. in the future.

We are seeking individuals with experience in either of the following areas:
- Experience in inside sales or field sales in the B2B sector
- Experience in solution sales and consulting services

- Approximately 5 minutes on foot from Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line Kojimachi Station (Exit 2)

Annual Salary:JPY based on experience ability and previous work experience
- Salary adjustments: Twice a year
- Bonuses: Twice a year (April and October)
- Overtime allowances for exceeding regular working hours are provided (subject to position/grade).

Hours: 9:30 18:30 (60 minutes of break time)
- Depending on the position/grade it will fall under flextime specialist discretionary labor system or management and supervisory discretionary labor system.
- The abovementioned hours are the standard and employee determinations may vary.
- Overtime work beyond regular hours is expected.
- The flextime system does not have a core time.
- Saturdays Sundays and national holidays
