Zerodha an Indian financial services company is looking for a Business Development professional to join their team. As a part of the business development team you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding the company's reach in the market.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business targets and revenue goals.
• Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated with industry trends.
• Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate and close deals with clients while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or sales roles.
• Strong knowledge of the financial services industry including equity investments broking and trading.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.

Desired Experience:

Maximum 3 years of relevant experience in business development or sales roles.
