Role:
  • Develop & execute business plans with the assigned accounts
  • Conduct complex analysis in order to find new market opportunities
  • Handle business deals operations and activities
  • Oversee the implementation of different contracts
  • Regular follow ups with clients for business and overall relationship management with clients at all levels (including CXOs)


Requirements

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships
  • Build Statements of work and contracts for clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders
  • Regular followups with clients for business and overall relationship management with clients at all levels
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our service offerings according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

You Are A Good Fit If This Sounds Like You: Ability to cope in a complex and fast-changing business environment and to respond calmly and rationally to changing aspirations in a deadline-driven situation. Works independently on complex processes and modules that may be used by one or more programs or systems. Strong planning and organizing skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously. Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally. Good influencing and persuasion skills with the ability to enthuse and inspire multidisciplinary teams and build successful relationships at all levels. Good team player, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative. Clear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues Kindly note that we are working in a Hybrid Mode with base location in Bengaluru, Karnataka, this is not a remote role.
