We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate Intern to join our team. As a Business Development Associate Intern you will play a critical role in driving the companys growth by identifying and engaging with potential candidates for various job opportunities. This position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fastpaced startup environment and is eager to make an impact.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling campaigns to reach out to prospective candidates.
- Engage with candidates to understand their skills experience and career aspirations.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of job opportunities within our company.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to nurture their interest and facilitate their journey through the recruitment process.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Provide timely updates and reports on outreach efforts and candidate interactions. Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
