Northwest Talent Solutions LLC is an awardwinning dynamic rapidly growing staffing recruitment and DEI Consulting firm serving clients within the private sector and federal government. We are currently hiring entrepreneurial wellnetworked highly motivated and resultsdriven Business Development Executives to join our team to scale what is poised to be exponential growth in 2024 and beyond.

As a BDE you will sell enterprise level staffing agreements hourly consulting projects contained searches retained searches and RPO agreements to current and prospective clients across multiple industries.

For this role the initial compensation model is draw vs. uncapped commission and then offers salary commission profitsharing and executive partnership within 1 year of the highperformance goal attainment of $2 million in contracts sold.

As a BDE you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients while driving Northwest Talent Solutions revenue and profit growth. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and managing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting networking and referrals;

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through regular communication and exceptional customer service;

Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions;

Negotiate and close deals with clients to generate revenue and meet or exceed sales targets;

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends;

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients and candidates;

Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities and client interactions;

Qualifications:

5 years of experience in a sales or account management role preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry;

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;

Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates;

Excellent negotiation and closing skills;

Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a strong sense of urgency;

Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite;

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment
