Job Overview:

As a Business Development Executive specializing in US Staffing you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the US staffing market. Leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge you will drive revenue growth by fostering relationships with potential clients and delivering tailored staffing solutions to meet their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritize target clients within the US staffing market including staffing agencies MSPs (Managed Service Providers) and direct clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and influencers within target client organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized staffing solutions that align with client requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations proposals and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities pipeline status and revenue forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Must have 34 years of experience working in Business Development.
  • Proven track record of success in business development within the US staffing industry with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Indepth knowledge of the US staffing market including industry trends key players and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong understanding of different staffing models such as direct hire temporary staffing contracttohire and MSP/VMS.
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
