Overview:

The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in driving the growth of the organization by identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining relationships with potential clients and fostering a strong pipeline of new business prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships through market research and networking.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expand the companys customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct sales pitches and presentations to showcase the companys products or services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports on business development progress and market intelligence to the management team.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors activities to identify potential business opportunities or threats.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of new business projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles customer relationship management and business development strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in market research analysis and strategic planning.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings industry events and business engagements.
