Job Title:Business Development Executive

Location: Aylesbury Buckinghamshire (Hybrid Remote) with some UK wide client travel required

Term: Full Time

Salary: 40k per annum 40k commission benefits pension

Role Overview: Our SaaS client is looking to source an ambitious Business Development Executive to drive the sales and business development of Forseti a brand new platform for managing regulated complaints.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Researching businesses individuals and industry trends to identify potential new clients and markets and ways to serve existing clients better
  • Contacting potential new clients using phone and email to gauge interest and plan meetings
  • Preparing client presentations and materials including PowerPoint and sales displays
  • Meeting new and existing clients in person
  • Negotiating business terms with new and existing clients using phone email and inperson meetings
  • Setting sales goals and ensuring sales team meets them
  • Working with senior team members to manage risks
  • Training and mentoring sales team members
  • Preparing and delivering pitches
  • Attending networking opportunities including conferences and industry events

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience working in a B2B sales or customer service position
  • Previous experience of Complaint Management within the regulated sector is highly desirable
  • Self motivated while also enjoying working within a team
  • Target driven and motivated by achieving targets
  • Great communication skills
  • Confident in making a high volume of outbound writing emails and connecting with prospective client
