The client is looking for an organized and proactive Business Development Coordinator to join their team. The Coordinator will create and implement strategies for identifying and developing new sales and marketing possibilities as well as a strong customer base. Successful applicants will be outstanding communicators have strong writing skills and solid design ability.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate proposal drafting editing and customizing to generate compliant and engaging material.
  • Set and track development and corporate growth objectives.
  • Using Adobe and FileMaker you can create appealing layouts for bids and other marketing documents that comply to brand standards.
  • Identify and build new markets by conducting research on companies and individuals.
  • Plan and manage new marketing efforts.
  • Respond to requests for literature and promotional materials.
  • Assist in maintaining the client contact database.
  • Attend seminars meetings and industry events.
  • Assist with any miscellaneous tasks as necessary.
  • Contact potential clients to build rapport and schedule meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in business marketing or related field.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience in sales marketing or related field.
