Overview:

The Business Development Associate plays a crucial role in the growth and development of the organization. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining client relationships and contributing to the overall strategic planning and sales objectives of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement strategies for expanding the customer base
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential opportunities
  • Generate new leads and contacts through networking and industry events
  • Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue growth
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful execution of business strategies
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and report on sales activities and customer information
  • Stay updated on industry trends market activities and competitors
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and materials to promote business offerings
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales and business development skills
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and contracts for potential clients
  • Provide regular feedback to management on market trends and customer needs

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Associate or similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and problemsolving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Strategic and analytical thinking
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive and resultsoriented mindset
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in preparing and delivering sales presentations
