We provide hyperefficient software to companies wanting to gain an edge with quantum computing and artificial intelligence. This opportunity is to work in our offices in San Sebastian Spain.

As a Channel Partner Management you will:

  • Develop a comprehensive channel strategy to engage these essential stakeholders through ongoing training material creation and delivery and effective communication ensuring alignment with our marketing and sales objectives.

  • Identify select and build relations with potential partners with the goal to create partnerships as well as manage and monitor partner performance.

  • Commit to excellence in service and a deep understanding of customer needs to achieve Multiverse Computing sales goals. Proactively address client requirements crafting incentive programs and collaborative strategies to bolster engagement and satisfaction.

  • Manage presales and postsales activities including budgeting and quotations and establish the channels to client support ensuring a seamless customer experience.

  • Coordinate technical support for demonstrations and training sessions where appropriate.

  • Collect and relay partner feedback to product development and marketing teams ensuring Multiverse Computings offerings continue to meet and exceed customer expectations

  • Take ownership of the onboarding process of the partner including but not limited to: contracts and agreements.

  • Aling to company vision policies and strategies.


Required Qualifications

  • Education: M.Sc./degree in sciences or engineering

  • 2 years of previous channel partner management

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills ability to work independently and with other functional teams (DEV Marketing PM etc.)

  • Ability to foster collaboration & coordination with personnel distributed across multiple global sites.

  • Aptitude for problemsolving; ability to determine appropriate solutions for customers.

  • Native English speaking or proficiency in English is mandatory Spanish is valued.

  • Travel: up to 50%
