Business Analyst Software Tester

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Analyst and Software Tester. The ideal candidate will possess a unique skill set that combines strong business analysis capabilities with a deep understanding of software testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather document and analyze business requirements.
2. Conduct thorough business process analysis and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Create clear and detailed requirement specifications user stories and process flows.
4. Act as a liaison between business users and development teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements.
5. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate feedback loops between business users and development teams.
6. Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Software Tester Responsibilities:

1. Design and execute test plans test cases and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
2. Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand system requirements and functionalities.
3. Perform functional regression and performance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.
4. Identify document and track software defects and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

1. Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve testing efficiency.
2. Conduct thorough testing of user interfaces APIs databases and system integrations.
3. Provide input into the overall quality assurance strategy and contribute to the enhancement of testing processes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Software Tester in previous roles.
3. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes.
4. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders developers and other team members.
5. Proficiency in using testing tools and frameworks for both manual and automated testing.
6. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
8. Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) are a plus.
